WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
Learn About My Methods
I have had the opportunity of working with adolescents and adults for nearly 30 years in residential treatment centers, inpatient, outpatient, and forensic settings. I've provided services in: group, individual, and family formats. I am fortunate to witness the strength and courage of persons facing such severe and persistent presentations of mental illness. I continue with much hope for the future and whatever advances or progress awaits.I focus on learning to co-exist with our difficulties versus viewing our presenting problem(s) as something to "get over" or "cure." In light of this, I recognize the importance of one's history with stressors and change. Recovery is a journey, it is thus critical to understand where you have been, where you are and where you are going.
